CASTINE, Maine - The Board of Trustees of Maine Maritime Academy will hold a regular quarterly meeting on Friday, February 24, 2012, at 8:30 a.m., in the Holmes Alumni Heritage Room, located on the lower level of the Harold Alfond Student Center on the  college campus in Castine, Maine.

Standing Committees of the Board of Trustees will meet throughout the day on Thursday, February 23, 2012, at various times: Educational Policy Committee, 10 a.m.; Student Affairs Committee, 11 a.m., Finance Committee, 1 p.m.; Facilities and Property Committee, 2 p.m.; Advancement Committee, 3 p.m. All meetings are scheduled to be held in the Holmes Alumni Heritage Room. Meeting times are subject to change. If revisions occur, a revised schedule will be posted near the entrance to the meeting room.

Captain Robert J. Peacock, III, Eastport, Maine, chairs the 16-member Board of Trustees.
