MMA MOURNS PASSING OF CAPT SUSAN CLARK

CASTINE, Maine - Maine Maritime Academy mourns the recent passing of Capt. Susan J. Clark.  “It is with sadness and deep regret that we have learned of the passing of Susan Clark,” said President Bill Brennan.  “Our thoughts and prayers are with the family in this time of loss.”

CASTINE, Maine - Maine Maritime Academy mourns the recent passing of Capt. Susan J. Clark.  “It is with sadness and deep regret that we have learned of the passing of Susan Clark,” said President Bill Brennan.  “Our thoughts and prayers are with the family in this time of loss.”

Capt. Clark was a 1985 graduate of the Academy and served as a Trustee from 2002-2007.  A service will be held for her at 1:00 on Friday, September 14 at St. Batholomew's Catholic Church in Cape Elizabeth followed by a celebration of life at 2:00 at Ocean Gateway Terminal.

The Academy’s flag will be flown at half-staff on Friday, September 14, as a tribute to Capt. Clark's loyal and dedicated service to the Academy as an alumnus and Trustee.
