JOB TITLE: Registrar DATE: November, 1996

STATEMENT OF THE JOB
Employee is responsible for the maintenance and documentation of all applicable Academy student records, and the academic registration of all students. Employee provides budget and report preparation.
DUTIES OF THE JOB
1. Responsible for the maintenance of official student records and continuation education credit of all Academy students.
2. Evaluates and establishes credit for transfer students.
3. Creates academic schedules with academic dean, department heads and others.
4. Schedules all academic courses and spaces.
5. Responsible for the registration of all Academy students.
6. Processes student grades from faculty, and distributes grades to students, advisors, and designated recipients.
7. Prepares diplomas, licenses, certificates for graduation.
8. Provides Academy student policy information to other academic institutions and agencies.
9. Verifies the completion of all graduation requirements and graduate and undergraduate programs.
10. Supervises registrar office staff and student workers.
