Supervisory Position
Job Title: Director of Admissions Date: May, 2005

Employee is responsible for the complete direction of the MMA Admissions office, including recruiting, planning, organizing, administrating and supervising all undergraduate admissions programs of the Academy. Employee provides input for budget and report preparation.
1. Recruits and selects students for Academy admission.
2. Conducts Academy tours for potential students and parents.
3. Provides admissions counseling to students, parents and secondary school personnel.
4. Represents the Academy at high schools, college fairs, open houses and career days. Also makes presentations concerning the Academy and its programs to various groups and organizations.
5. Develops the annual recruiting schedule.
6. Evaluates student transcripts and applications on the admissions committee and serves as chair of the admissions review committee.
7. Supervises subordinate professional, support staff and student personnel.
8. Responsible for the data collection and subsequent submission of all national and regional enrollment and admissions surveys.
9. Coordinates on-campus open houses and out of town receptions.
10. Supervises the out of town Admissions Representatives.
11. Responsible for the student telemarketing program.
12. Responsible for the planning, organization, management and administration of Academy internet recruiting.
