STATEMENT OF THE JOB
Employee performs complex clerical work. Tasks normally are accomplished within well defined procedures with occasional non-routine administrative work involved. Judgment and initiative are occasionally exercised in verbal and written communications.
1. Operates all office equipment.
2. Maintains filing system and detailed records.
3. Prepares purchase orders and controls supplies and equipment.
4. Types and transcribes letters and reports.
5. Schedules meetings and conferences.
6. May supervise student and/or regular Academy employees.
7. May process confidential information.
8. Welcomes visitors and directs them to departments and offices.
9. Signs for certified mail and accepts packages for the Academy.
10. Provides Academy information when requested.
