STATEMENT OF THE JOB
Employee performs receptionist and associated clericalduties involvingthe dissemination of information, communication with visitors, and routine clerical work as assigned and or needed.
DUTIES OF THE JOB
1. Provides Academy information to visitors or callers as requested.
2. Welcomes visitors and directs them to departments and offices.
3. May operate office equipment.
