STATEMENT OF THE JOB
Employee is responsible for the operation and installation of Academy computer hardware and software.
DUTIES OF THE JOB
1. Responsible for installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance of Academy computer hardware and software.
2. Responsible for troubleshooting and repairs of software and/or hardware problems.
3. Provide support to users of administrative and academic desktop/laptop computer systems.
4. Provide support to student computer lab and assist with training of student PC technicians.
5. Maintain inventory of PC software and hardware.
6. May supervise student and/or regular Academy employees.
