JOB TITLE: Maintenance Technician I DATE: April, 1999

STATEMENT OF THE JOB
Employee performs skilled work on plumbing, heating and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, boilers and/or oil burners throughout the Academy. Employee should be licensed in at least one area outlined above, and be knowledgeable in other areas listed.
DUTIES OF THE JOB
1. Must possess at least one of the following licenses: Journeyman Electrician; Journeyman Plumber; High Pressure Boiler Operator.
2. Performs skilled maintenance, service and repair in licensed trade area.
3. May perform any and/or all of the duties of Building and Grounds Maintenance Mechanic and Trades Worker II.
4. Interacts with outside contractors as required.
5. May supervise student and/or regular Academy employees.
