STATEMENT OF THE JOB
Employee performs simple clerical work according to well defined procedures. Work involves considerable communication with others.
DUTIES OF THE JOB
1. Types forms, documents and correspondence.
2. Records information and departmental records.
3. Operates all office equipment.
4. Distributes office mail and prepares out-going mail.
5. Acts as a receptionist, answers telephone and communicates routine information.
6. Files information in and extracts information from files.
7. Performs routine bookkeeping tasks.
8. Prepares purchase orders and distributes office supplies.
9. Schedules meetings and conferences.
10.May supervise students and/or regular Academy employees.
