Employee is responsible for all audiovisual activities and use at the Academy. Employee may provide input for budget and report preparation.
1. Administers the audiovisual services program of the library to support audiovisual needs of the Academy programs, staff, faculty and students.
2. Schedules, distributes, maintains, repairs, evaluates and orders audiovisual equipment.
3. With coordination from others, selects and evaluates audiovisual hardware and software.
4. Maintains inventory of audiovisual hardware and software.
5. Provides instruction for audiovisual equipment usage.
6. Provides audiovisual assistance to staff and faculty.
7. Rents audiovisual software as instructed.
8. Videorecords television programs as requested by faculty for classroom use.
9. Sets up audiovisual equipment for Academy activities and operates equipment.
10. May supervise student and/or regular Academy employees.
